• General refund conditions

    These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, modifying the consolidated text of the general law for the defence of consumers and users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (Official State Gazette 30-11-2007).

    The holding company of AT LanguageSolutions is ATLS GLOBAL, SL, with registered office at Via Augusta, number 13-15, 2nd floor, OFFICE 203, 08006, Barcelona, with CIF (Tax ID) B-62026430, and registered in the Barcelona Companies Register under Volume 31959, Sheet 136, Page B-202548, 1st entry.

    The cancellation policy for translation services is as follows:
    AT Language Solutions, at its sole discretion, shall accept the cancellation of the service on the same day of the purchase date for the service.

    Definition of cancellations:

    Should a client request a refund, once the request has been reviewed by AT Language Solutions and in the event of resolving to cancel the service, the money from the requested transaction shall be reimbursed to the client via bank transfer, credit or debit card refund, or a reimbursement to the client's PayPal account.

    Translation service cancellation policy details:

    Clients that request a cancellation of the translation service will be referred to assistance personnel so they may receive technical support or customer service. Refunds will only me made to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account is closed, the purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund.

    Reasons why payment for translation services may be refunded:

    To guarantee client satisfaction, AT Language Solutions reserves the right to reverse a sale, in the following circumstances, among others:

    1. If the client presents a valid reason to request a refund within 10 days of the purchase of the service.
    2. If our customer service team confirms that there is a valid reason for the refund.
    3. If the client presents a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized.
    4. To comply with the PayPal user agreement, Spanish law, and requests from verified legal or judicial Spanish public authorities, or for any reason that AT Language Solutions deems appropriate.

    Abuse of the cancellation policy:

    For clients that request repeated and consecutive refunds, future purchases may be impeded.

    Important information for clients of AT Language Solutions:

    As a condition for registering with AT Language Solutions and using the AT Language Solutions services, you confirm that you have read and understood this refund and cancellation policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein. If, at any time, you no longer agree with this refund and cancellation policy or any part thereof, the only course of action is to cease use of the AT Language Solutions services and close your account. Nonetheless, consider that all transactions that have occurred before the date of said closure shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
